Philly Show Post Five: Joey Votto and Cliff Lee Edition

 

Wait, she's still blogging about the Philly Show? Heck yes, and I have more posts from it too! I managed to spread out all my pick-ups from the show to be interspersed with the hobby box break posts.  Here are the Joey Votto and Cliff Lee cards I got from the show. All make nice additions to my player collections of both of these players.

Spot the difference!  No, I did not pay $6 for the /50 card, but I did pay $2 for it!

I have no idea why, but I tend to have a hard time finding Cliff Lee cards to pick up. I hardly ever pull Cliff Lee cards either.  So, I was glad when I found these in the bargain boxes...

I really like the Goudey, although it kind of doesn't look like him at all!

And finally, a Turkey Red to add to the mix.  I didn't get as many cards of these players as I would've liked, but I really didn't find too many either.  I am happy with what I did find, though!

As a side note, I got my 2011 Topps hobby box redemption pack in the mail yesterday.  Let's just say the cards are cool looking. Some of them have already been added to trade piles based on some IOUs. I will post the contents of the pack soon!
