Philly Show Post Three: Not So Random Pick-Ups, Non Player Collection Edition

Here are some less random pick-ups from the Philly show. These are cards I found and liked, so I picked them up. But, unlike the random ones, these cards have some kind of meaning. The Phillies cards are obviously important to me, but the other cards I simply wanted to add to my collection because I like the card, and the player.  Too much analyzing? Probably.

Here are a few cards of The Big Piece. He has hit some homers this weekend, but we Philly fans will just be happy if he swings the bat and doesn't stand there looking.

I am collecting the hideously awesome History of Topps insert set, so I picked this up.

...and I am collecting all teams in the 2011 set, both base and shiny. Hence the Tampa Bay Rays shiny pick-up.

I like Ryan Braun, and I liked this card, although you can pretty much see up his nose.  A keeper.

Chase when his knee was in better condition. It is looking like he won't play much this season because of the knee issues.  Will his absense make or break the season? Nah.  The Phillies rally.

And then here is the numbered Moments and Milestones Griffey Jr. card. I liked it, and it's now part of my collection.
