If you're a regular-ish reader of the blog then you might have seen me write about how cool I think Topps Laser cards are. In my recent trade with Kyle from Just a Bit Outside, he sent me some awesome Laser cards, essentially doubling my very small collection of them.
Flames! Totally cool.
Wade Boggs and Bernie Williams
Jay Buhner and Paul O'Neill. I love seeing Buhner cards. I collected him for a hot second.
This was my favorite card from the trade, though. A Halladay Marquee /199. I love it!
I can never have too many Mike Schmidt cards. I have been looking up Strasburg cards on eBay recently because I have a feeling once the season starts and he pitches one good game then the card values will skyrocket even higher than they already are. To get a Strasburg serial numbered (any) card, you're looking at around eight bucks. Way too high for my tastes.
A sweet Robin Roberts reprint found its way into the trade package too.
Hunter Pence is set to have a good season, now that he has established himself as a Phillie. I just hope he can stay healthy.
I haven't read much about Kyle Drabek this off season, so I am not sure if he is slated to make it back to the big show or not. He was sent down to AAA towards the end of the season last year. I think he has potential.
Finally, a Finest Halladay which is very nice looking.
