NOW It's a Happy New Year: 2013 Series 1 Blaster!
For those of you who don't follow me on Twitter (@FunnerHere) and haven't read my tweets tonight, I bought a blaster of 2013 Topps Series 1 today. I haven't bought cards in awhile, but I had a 5% off thing at Target I had to use so I figured why not!
Here are the first packs of 2013! Plus the one exclusive patch card. New beginnings are kind of fun, huh?
First card of 2013...the great Edinson Volquez. I hope it's not an Edinson Volquez kind of year!
Here are the minis! Very cool cards.
THIS was the first Phillies card I pulled! How...appropriate.
I bought the cards at Target...hence the red borders.
In terms of distribution, it was...interesting. There are a total of 9 Giants cards and 10 Rangers cards. There were two Phillies cards and 5 Rays.
I am really, really liking this set. I have more cards to show off for everyone tomorrow. I will leave you with this card that I tweeted earlier:
This is a beautiful Teddy baseball die-cut "Cut to the Chase" card. It's chrome, shiny, and awesome. Even if it is a Red Sox player!
