Score! Interactive at the Luxor

Hi all! I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving. I spend at good part of my week in Las Vegas, hence my being away from the blog for awhile.  A few things to start off with:

Thanks to Jeff at 2x3 Heroes for the mailday that included a Roy Halladay Chipz that I needed.  Much appreciated and I look forward to seeing you again at the 2014 National in Cleveland.

With today being Black Friday, Blowout Cards is having deals that I have never seen before.  Entire CASES of cards for under $100? That is nuts. I am having a hard time picking and choosing what to buy, considering you never know what is going to come up next!  Has anyone bought anything good today?

Out in Las Vegas I got to experience many cool things besides the gambling that I normally do (it was my 4th time there and there is still so much I haven't done).  One of them was the Score! Interactive exhibit at the Luxor.  This is a massive collection of sports memorabilia broken up by sport in several rooms.  It reminded me of the National in some ways, with lots of jerseys and old time equipment on display.  The only difference was it wasn't for sale.
There were many jersey collections such as this.
Regardless of your political beliefs, it was still kind of cool to see President Obama's autographed basketball jersey displayed.
Legendary hitters, indeed.
There were several interactive areas, too, where you could test your skills.  I won't mention what I got on the jump! I did do pretty well on the hockey, however.

All in all, if you are going to Vegas and you are into sports memorabilia and stuff like that, I would recommend checking the exhibit out.  I had a huge discounted coupon and you can find them too (pretty easy online).

I got around 9 hits in group breaks last night so when they come in I will show them off to you guys!  I had the Raiders in a recent break and scored two nice hits, a Tyler Wilson jersey card and a DJ Hayden gold #/50.  Pictures later.  Enjoy your Black Friday, everyone!
