Million Card Giveaway Dilemmas...
Trade 1
I've gotten quite a bit of interest in my Al Oliver card. Does that mean I should keep it, or just trade for older cards? I have no real interest in any of the teams or players.Trade 2
This is the one where I am really torn. I collect Phillies players, but my MCG philosophy has been to gather the oldest cards I can. Would one year make a huge difference in value?Trade 3
I'm totally kidding.
For Al Oliver, you should look into trading that card for his Phillies one; he was a great player and a Phillie briefly. I think it was a 1985 card.
ReplyDeleteI like that '58 Phillies card. I'm a Phillies fan, too, and though it's one year later, I think that '58 would be worth trading for.
Just my 2 cents.
It cost like 3 buck to ship one of these from Topps. So if the card you are getting isn't worth at lest $3 to you it doesn't matter if you trade it or not. To me the 57 might be but that is the only one.
