Changes, changes, changes...

Do you notice anything different? That's right, a whole new look for the blog!

So I am liking this blogging gig, and I decided to make it more official.  You will be able to reach the blog the same way you have always reached it, but now you can also type into your browser : http://www.thingsarefunnerhere.com/ and you will get here too.  You should bookmark it!

Big time, right?!  Ok, not really, but I did want to secure the domain.  Blogger only charges ten bucks for the domain AND private registration (usually costs money other places) and they automatically configure your blog settings to work with your new domain name.  The whole process was really easy which I was glad about.

I've been playing around with graphics, different backgrounds, and other fun stuff, so you might see some more changes in the weeks ahead.  The content, of course, will remain unchanged, although with baseball season coming up I will be doing more blogging on the games and news coming from the games and teams.  I just ordered MLB.tv Premium again, so I'll be watching all the time.  Most nights during baseball season I have the Nats on the tv and the Phillies on the computer.

I'm continuing to think of ways (along with other bloggers) to bring the community together and have things be more interactive and fun.  Something I do know is that once I reach 100 followers I will be having another contest.  I have a ways to go, but I'm getting there. 

Anyway, I hope you guys like the new layout.  If there is something you think I can make better I am up for constructive criticism.  As always, thanks for reading the blog.
