Trade with SCoC

That's right, Scott Crawford on Cards! Here is post one of two.  Scott had this beauty below, and I had to have it!  That makes four diamond sparkle thingy cards that I have.  My understanding is that these are case hits, so they are fairly rare.  I think they are case hits. I've never seen confirmation from Topps or anything.

Topps got Zim right in the chest, bam!  You know, it was bittersweet being a Zimmerman fan a bit ago when he hit a walk off grand slam to beat the Phillies.  He always seems to do that.

This was my first Allen & Ginter player collection card. 

There were some vintage Phillies in the mix, too. 

I need to learn to appreciate vintage more...

Because without vintage, we wouldn't have cards at all!

This card is my favorite: Joe Morgan and Larry Bowa!  I love it.

I hope everyone on the east coast is doing ok with this hurricane.  I don't think we've felt the effects of it yet here in Maryland.  So far it's just been raining a bit, very little wind. I expect that to change as the night moves forward.  The worst part of all this is that the 1:05 Phillies game was cancelled. They tried to beat the storm, but to no avail.  Now we have 33 games to play in 31 days.  It's gonna be a wild ride to the finish!
