It seems like every time I turn around I discover a new collecting blog that I didn't know about. That happened this morning, as I was scrolling through blogs and came across Emerald City Diamond Gem's most recent post, where I learned about Pirates Treasure Room. I follow a ton of blogs, but I fear there are good blogs and possible trades that I am missing out on simply because I haven't happened upon the blog yet.
That's where you come in. What I'm saying is that I'd like to follow your blog if I am not already following it, but I need to know that it is there in order to do that (duh, right?). If you'd be so kind as to please comment with a link to your blog that would be swell. Or suggest blogs to me I might not know about. I'll add you to my blog roll and then be able to see the awesome stuff you post. You'll also get some blog pimpage because I'll do a post on the new blogs I've discovered, assuming there are some.
I'll follow your blog, you follow mine, and we'll all follow each other into blogtopia, or something like that.
I've been teasing on some other posts for awhile about a big hit I got in the Series 2 hobby box I opened. Well, here it is, in all its glory:
Definitely a sweet card, not the greatest Hank Aaron pull that I could've had, but cool nonetheless. There are sparkly versions of this that are numbered as well. There are only a handful up on eBay. But looking at the completed listings, getting around $25 bucks for it might be good. I haven't decided what to do with it yet. Sell? Trade? Hold? I know this isn't a holy grail type card by any means, but Hank Aaron is highly desirable and collectible, so that is what makes it different. Well, that and the fact that it is Hank Aaron.
It would be a definite keeper for me.
ReplyDeleteI don't follow. I'm on Wordpress and use Google Reader. So there are other ways! Plus I am the iconoclast.

Hang onto it, definitely. Might not be from your team(s), but Aaron stuff like that is totally centerpiece-of-collection material, no matter what it finishes for on eBay.
ReplyDeleteHere you go, thanks for the opportunity to advertise...
