New to the Player Collection...

Some of you might already know this, since it's been on the blog for awhile, and some of you have already sent me Hunter Pence cards, which means you are reading my blog. Thanks!!!

Oh right, it's Hunter Pence who I am now collecting.

Sam over at The Daily Dimwit just singlehandedly helped start off my Hunter Pence collection by sending me a whole bunch of his dupes, and even serial numbered cards.  Since he collects Astros it was super generous of him to give some up.  The cards below are not from him, I'll feature those in another post.

Since Pence became a Phillie he has fit in like a glove.  He hustles, and has heart.  He also has a sense of humor which is much needed in the City of Brotherly Love.  Most of all he is humble, and plays the game with passion and vigor.  I have never seen him go halfway on any play.  It's all or nothing with him.

These are a few cards I have in my small collection, but I'm looking for more of course.  I know there are other collectors out there who collect Pence too, but hopefully some of you have pulled some you haven't traded!

Verlander threw a pretty good game tonight, huh?
