So today I got through security and made it into the Ravens Under Armour Performance Center. Again.
I cannot remember if I posted pictures of the last time I went, and I searched the blog but hell, it was a long time ago and I cannot find it if I did.
You have to be on a list to get in to the UA Performance Center. I made the list because I had to pick up a silent auction item for an event I am going to. I went there last year to do the same thing, but much has changed. Under Armour now sponsors the center.
That partnership is evident everywhere, for example on these light post signs that are way cool.
Here are the indoor practice facilities.
This is near the main entrance.
The logo painted on the grass. It appeared freshly painted.
Here is the most recent AFC Champions trophy. It's tough to get pictures because of the light shining on the trophy, but you get the idea.
I also saw the newest Lombardi Trophy. It is shiny and very regal looking.
Finally, one of the best features of the iPhone now is the panorama capability. This feature was perfect for getting a full view of sprawling facility.
Behind the facility are acres of practice fields.
I didn't see any players while I was there, but I sure saw some fancy souped up Hummers and Escalades. I'd venture to say there were a few guys meandering around the facility.
What a neat place. I was thinking I'd see some outward sign of the Superbowl win (like a banner or something), but no dice.
