Starting Out Small

Lots of deals were to be had at the National, but the most satisfying "deals" for me were the cards that I found in discount boxes.  Hidden treasures, if you will.

Cards like these two, found in the same dollar box:
This all time classic and one of the most talked about cards in the industry was found in a quarter box. I remember how hard it was to find these back in the day.
Finally, this game used card was found in quarter box!  It's cool because the jersey is dirty.
Finding cards such as these give you hope with each box you go through. It's part of what makes dime box hunting so much fun.  So much fun that I spent the better part of five days doing it.
