2011 Topps Series 2 Box Break: Only the Good Stuff 1.0

Blog hero Roy Halladay just hit a bases loaded bases clearing double against the Reds to make the current score 8-0.  How cool is that?  Those are his first three RBIs of the season.  I guess he just wanted to rack them up all at once.  He has also allowed only one hit through six innings so far. He's retired 16 in a row up until this point.

Show off. Of course I kid.

This summer I busted a box of 2011 Series 2.  I imagine that if I scanned base cards from this set you would stop reading this post right here.  Lucky for you, I am only showing the good stuff (and the just ok stuff too).
Let's start with the gold!  Two Mariners and a Putz.  The D-Backs are for real I think.  Sorry, Giants.

All for trade for gold Phillies, if you are interested.
I cannot decide how I feel about these Topps 60 cards.  For some reason they kind of annoy me.  Too much filler.
But I've liked these Diamond Stars inserts from the time I first saw them.  There is something about the shiny that just makes the card...well, sparkle.
Pssst. Hey Hanley Ramirez, your shirt is coming undone. I guess it's warm there in Florida, or he is going for the Hulk Hogan look.
