Showing the Show Cards

While I'm working on a blog redesign, here are some cards I got from a card show I went to a few weekends ago.  Of course I didn't pay the prices on the stickers, that is what haggling is for.
Lou Marson plays for the Indians now.  I loved the throwback uniform he he wearing on this card.
You just knew Roy would make an appearance in this post.
Jordan Zimmerman...an up and coming pitcher on the Nationals that I think is ready to have a breakout season.  I really think the Nats are going to surprise people this year.
I see a cheap Roy game used card, I buy the card. It's as simple as that.  This one is /175, even better.
Drew Stubbs of the Reds, of course.
This Tyler Chatwood auto was $1, so why not.   Chatwood's on the Angels.
Another dollar auto, this time of a Phillie.  Well, former Phillie.  Carpenter was selected off waivers from the Padres and now plays for the Blue Jays. If he makes it out of camp.
Another great up and coming pitcher.
Pettibone has gotten as far as A+ ball in Clearwater.
I really liked this die-cut Bowman Chrome card of Jonathan Singleton, one of the Phillies' Astro's best prospects.  Yup, Hunter Pence came at a price. Let's hope he delivers this season.

  1. Nice work. That Halladay GU is quite beard-arific.
